The population of Clarkson Valley is approximately 2,675 (2000) consisting of 884 homes and 819 families (2000). Clarkson Valley, originally incorporated as a village in 1950, is positioned 38.62 degrees north of the equator and 90.59 degrees west of the prime meridian. Our neighborhoods are beautiful, peaceful and distinctive. Each has its own character, ranging from rustic and wooded to contemporary, manicured golfing settings. Residents are never surprised to see wildlife in abundance. Our 13 neighborhoods are: Clarkson Farm, Clarkson Mill, Dunhill, Forest Hills Club Estates, Forest Hills Ridge, Golfview, Kehrs Mill Estates, Kehrs Mill Trails, Kehrswood, Kingspointe, Manors of Clarkson Valley, Pleasant Valley Forest and Westhampton.
Getting to Clarkson Valley...
Clarkson Valley lies about 25 miles west of the City of St. Louis. It is bounded by the City of Wildwood on the West; Chesterfield on the North, West and East; Ballwin on the East; and Ellisville on the South. Major access is from Kehrs Mill Road running mostly East and West and Clarkson Road (Highway 340), which runs mainly North and South connecting to highway 40 (I-64) near the Chesterfield Mall. Access to its neighborhoods forming the west boundary (Pleasant Valley Forest) would be from Valley Road (from Clayton Road - Route HH) or Strecker Road (from Kehrs Mill Road.)

I've been a resident of Clarkson Valley since 1997. My husband and I are licensed real estate agents in Missouri and we are also owners of a technology firm based in Chesterfield. We enjoy keeping busy, but love spending time with our grown children and their families.
